Parcel Support
Failed Deliveries
HUBBED has partnered with DHL, CouriersPlease, Toll and UPS to service their failed deliveries.
No one likes the hassle of trying to organise a re-delivery. If you're not home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel the parcel will now be dropped off at your local HUBBED agent.
A missed delivery card will be left in your mail box with the details of the HUBBED Store. Simply visit the HUBBED Parcels website and type in your card number to see if your parcel is ready for collection. Most parcels will be dropped off that same afternoon.
In order to collect your parcel you must have the missed delivery card (or card number), a valid Government Photo ID, your mobile phone and you must be the person named on the parcel.
If you do not meet the criteria, our agents will not hand over the parcel. This is for security reasons.
Parcels that are not collected after 7 days will be returned to the courier and it will be your responsibility to organise a re-delivery.
Packaging Advice
It's your responsibility as the sender to ensure your precious cargo is protected from damage during delivery. There should be enough cushioning to prevent damage to the item, and the people and equipment handling it.
Marking your item as 'Fragile' or 'Handle with care' isn't enough, as this won't protect your item once it is on the truck being delivered.
So take extra precautions if your item is fragile, perishable, crushable, oddly shaped, sharp, or a liquid, liquefiable or powder.
All packed items should be able to withstand a drop of about 1 metre to prevent potential damage.
